Last night we made burritos and had good beer and met with 9 people who I believe are leaders in this church. I think we had good discussion around several topics:
- Do you feel like a leader in this church? Why/why not?
- How would you describe leadership?
- What is happening in the church that you see God’s signature and fingerprint on?
- What can this church become?
- How/Should the church market itself (somebody else raised this question, not me).
We’ll begin to meet regularly to try to build up a team leadership methodology. I’m excited to see what will happen.
