New Blog: TheologyandLiterature.com

My friend Lauren started a new blog, TheologyandLiterature.com and you should go read and subscribe!  I also guest posted today (and hope to occasionally again).  Today’s topic came from my recent work with Chaim Potok’s Asher Lev books, and it was about the source of art.  I’d love for you to read it, over here.

Lauren (and a few others) have been really inspirational to me in revisiting literature and story as a way to explore deep meaning.  She’s a student at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, and is currently doing an independent research project with me on John Updike’s book Roger’s Version.  You’ll be hearing more about this topic here, and I’m certain that you’ll be hearing more from Lauren in years to come.  You should also visit her home site here.
